You can delete your QTR account, including one you made in Jot by QTR, at any time, in the Jot app or by email.
Sign in, open Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account.
Write to hello@qtr.ai from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. Once we've checked the request comes from that address, we delete the account straight away, and it can't be undone. If you pay for QTR, cancel your subscription first.
Your account is scheduled for deletion and signed out everywhere, and a paid subscription stops renewing. To keep it, open Jot within 30 days, sign in again, and tap Cancel deletion in Settings; signing in alone doesn't cancel it.
Your personal workspace and everything in it: your notes and Jot card, photos and files, tasks, goals, lists, journals and plans. We also delete your connections to calendars and other apps, your settings, and your sign-in.
What you made in a workspace shared with others stays there and passes to the workspace's owner. If you own a shared workspace that has other members, hand it over or close it before deleting your account.
Records of past payments, which include the email address used to pay, and an empty account record with no name or email address.
Jot keeps your notes on your phone, and deleting your account doesn't remove them. Delete the Jot app to remove them too.
See our privacy policy for what QTR and Jot collect.
